Please review the guidelines carefully for eligibility.  Cultural Development Grants are awarded on a competitive basis to not-for-profit, tax exempt organizations that provide cultural programming in Hillsborough County. The grants encourage the professional development of both cultural and administrative operations of local organizations. Funding is awarded based on merit in four areas:
          • Overall quality

A grants review panel, comprised of experts in various artistic disciplines and arts administration expertise convenes to determine which organizations qualify for funding. Cultural organizations, which meet the guidelines, are required to complete an application form and submit work samples.
